Eligibility and media
Drawings and prints (not photography) in any medium are eligible with no limitations as to color, surface or materials. All drawings and prints must be original works of art. Each artist may submit up to 3 works online only. No mailed or e-mailed entries will be accepted.

Entry fee
A nonrefundable entry fee of $30, payable through PayPal, entitles the artist to submit up to three entries.
Selection process
Initial jury will be of online submissions received by January 31, 2010. Notification will be by e-mail. Be sure to add gdelanoy@ndm.edu to your contacts so that notification e-mail is not sent to your spam folder. Accepted drawings and prints received by March 12 will be juried for purchase prize awards at the value set by the artist. Works selected for purchase prize awards will become the property of College of Notre Dame.

Shipping
All accepted works must be ready to exhibit: framed with plexiglass (no glass) and equipped with hanging devices. Ship by either U.S. Postal Service or UPS, using strong, reusable crates or cardboard cartons. Include return shipping. Ship prepaid to: Drawing and Print Competitive Exhibition, College of Notre Dame of Maryland, 4701 North Charles Street, Baltimore, MD 21210.

Liability
The works will be insured while on exhibit, but College of Notre Dame of Maryland is not responsible for any damage or loss occurring in transit.
Return of work
Artist is responsible for return shipping of works not purchased. Include return shipping with art. College of Notre Dame of Maryland is not responsible for work unclaimed at address given by artist or work left over 30 days after close of exhibit.
Sales
A 40% sales commission will be retained on works sold. Work does not have to be for sale, but if NFS, please give an insurance value. Notre Dame reserves the right to photographically reproduce accepted or purchased works for publicity purposes.
