The counseling center provides graduate level externship opportunities to several students each year. Externs carry a full caseload of diverse, individual clients and have the opportunity to conduct psychotherapy groups, outreach programs, and consultations with students, faculty and staff. The successful candidate is pursuing a master's or doctorate in psychology or counseling, can commit 16 hours per week for the entire academic year, and has qualities of initiative and autonomy. Some counseling experience is preferred.

Interviews will be held during the week of March 9, 2009.
