At Notre Dame, your employees can quickly earn degrees that add value to your workplace.
Notre Dame provides undergraduate or graduate courses on your work site. Program offerings include credit-bearning and noncredit courses, from one course to a full degree program, as well as certificate programs in a number of disciplines.
Faculty members combine academic expertise with real-world challenges, and small classes build camaraderie as students engage in collaborative and experiential learning.
In the College of Adult Undergraduate Studies, students can take one course at a time, meeting with classmates once a week for four hours at the same day and time throughout the program. Students move through the program as a cohort, completing the program in an average of three years.
Of the employees who begin the University's accelerated program, 71 percent finish within three years. Nationwide, only 16 percent of part-time students finish in four years.*
In addition, an average of 90 percent of the employees who finish the accelerated program at the work site are still on the job one year later.
The University has more than 30 years of experience offering high-quality academic programs designed specifically for working professionals.
