Employers benefit from education partnerships with College of Notre Dame of Maryland, as their employees quickly earn their degrees.

Professional training

College of Notre Dame brings undergraduate or graduate courses to the work site, creating an interactive classroom environment for faculty and students. The College can offer credit or non-credit courses, bringing one course, a certificate program or an entire degree program.

Faculty bridge academic experience and “real world” challenges with an unusual blend of experience and expertise. Small classes build camaraderie as students engage in collaborative and experiential learning.

Streamlined education

Using the Accelerated College format, students take one course at a time, meeting with classmates once a week for four hours at the same day and time throughout the program. The students move through the program as a cohort, completing the program in an average of three years.

Of the employees who begin College of Notre Dame’s Accelerated College, 71 percent finish within three years. Nationwide, only 16 percent of part-time students finish in four years.* An average of 90 percent of the employees who finish the Accelerated College at the work site are still on the job one year later.

Established program

The College has 33 years of experience offering high-quality academic programs designed specifically for working professionals.
