Job description- This position will provide varied administrative, office, and project support for the Executive Director of Risk Management and Safety.  This office participates in, and/or has primary responsibility for several University functions including: Public Safety, Transportation, Crisis Management, Operational Risk Management & Compliance, and Sustainability.

 Responsibilities include: Organizing and maintaining files, basic topic research, assist with organizing and creating charts, documents, and other material for internal and external distribution, as well as respond to special jobs as needed.

Qualifications- Skills Required: Ability to follow and execute directions, filing,  pay attention to detail, working knowledge or proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Qualities needed: Confidentiality, Initiative, Reliability, Accuracy, and Independent Worker.

Work days and hours- To be determined and may be negotiable for qualified applicant. Up to 20 hrs per week
