Job description- Answer phones and provide general information. Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned including, but not limited to, scanning and shredding documents.
Qualifications- Knowledgeable about the basics of financial aid, friendly, good attitude, patient, and cooperative. Reliable and trustworthy to handle sensitive information. Student worker must have prior employment experience in a college financial aid office.
Work days and hours- Monday-Friday, 20 hours per week
