Job Description: Help Desk Assistants will provide desktop and phone technology support to the campus community, assist all users with any technology issues that may arise, log and document technology issues, correspond with users and IT staff and other tasks associated within the realm of Information Technology services.
Qualifications: Customer-friendly. Able to communicate clearly and effectively. Excellent listening skills. Works independently but is also a team player. Reliable and timely. Dedicated to the tasks at hand. Must be able to multi task effectively. Must be willing to grow with the position. Must have basic knowlege of Microsoft applications.
Days: Monday - Sunday, 8 a.m.-1 a.m.
Pay Rate: $7.25
