Job description- The student aide will provide operational support to the Phonathon calling crew team. The primary function of this position will be data entry to process Phonathon sheets during normal staff hours in Noyes Alumnae House. In addition, the student aide will assist with day to day tasks in the office of Institutional Advancement which may include picking up and distributing mail, filing gift documentation and other special projects related to fundraising and alumnae/i relations.

Qualifications- Skills required: Attention to detail, reliability, timeliness, self-motivated, data-entry, comfortable with alphabetical filing. Office experience preferred, but not required.

Work days and hours- approximately 2 days per week, 4 hour shifts
