Job description- Provide assistance with physics and astronomy laboratories and class demonstrations. Work with faculty supervisor to test, set-up, and take down equipment for experiments and class deomonstrations. Help maintain inventory of equipment. Assist faculty supervisor in the preparation of Univeristy Planetarium for course and outside group sessions.

Qualifications- No previous experience necessary, but interest in science may add to the enjoyment of the work. Light physical work in lifting and carrying equipment (with the help of faculty supervisor) is part of responsibilities. Student assistant needs to be physically able to perform these duties.

Work days and hours- 5 hours per week in a schedule determined by availabilty of student assistant and faculty supervisor.
