The Master of Arts: Leadership in Teaching: Library Media Specialist, prepares teachers to broaden their competencies in technology, decision-making, problem solving, and communicating effectively which are essential skills in structuring and managing today’s school library environment. Through a combination of theory and practice, students identify and develop their personal leadership style to help them succeed as school leaders in the media field.
