Get to know NDMU

Every fall NDMU holds the highly anticipated Gator Fest featuring fall-themed foods, interactive activities and tons of fun.

We plan an afternoon of community and fun, that includes all of NDMU’s student-led Student Organizations participate.

Notre Dame of Maryland University invites students, staff, and faculty to gather for a joyous Holiday Dinner celebrating the spirit of the season together.

This celebration offers a memorable and inclusive experience for everyone to spread joy and create lasting holiday memories. This festive event features a special tree trimming ceremony where offices, clubs, and organizations decorate the holiday tree with unique ornaments that represent their communities and shared traditions.

All new students, both residential and commuters, will come to campus for three days prior to classes beginning in order to:

• Experience NDMU’s history, traditions, and culture to facilitate affinity and integration.
• Interact with fellow new students as well as returning students, faculty, and staff members.
• Connect with other students with similar and different identities of their own through programs and events.
• Begin learning about opportunities that will occur throughout the collegiate experience, including curricular and co-curricular offerings.
• Continue to navigate campus to know the location and purposes of campus facilities, support services, co-curricular venues, and administrative offices.
