Covers collecting, adjusting, and presenting accounting information. Emphasizes understanding published financial statements and developing a framework for analyzing a wide variety of financial reporting issues. Students examine topics including intangible assets, current and long term liabilities, stockholders’ equity, revenue recognition, taxes, and leases.

Lecture - with heavy emphasis on problem solving in the classroom.
