CONTENT:

Design and implementation of web pages. Students will use HTML and CSS to develop web pages with graphics, links, tables, and image maps

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  • Use HTML to create a well-planned web site with useful graphics, internal and external links, tables for information and formatting, frames, forms for data retrieval, image maps, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets)
  • Understand basic web programming technique including JavaScript and CGI
  • Understand the system structure and components of a web site
  • Build own website on a server
