Kristi Ellenberger Named Head Basketball Coach

College of Notre Dame of Maryland Athletic Director Michael Spinner has announced the hiring of Kristi Ellenberger as the school's new head basketball coach.

The Gator basketball program is set to return for the 2010-2011 season after the 2009-2010 season was canceled early in the season due to multiple serious injuries.

The 2010-2011 campaign will open in October with the college's second annual Midnight Madness, followed by the Gators first home game slated for November 17 versus Lancaster Bible College.
