Maryland College Aid Processing System (MD CAPS)

The Student Portal in MD CAPS is now live! In the portal, students can apply for scholarships online, accept/decline awards online, check the status of their applications and awards, and update their personal information.

Students first need to create a user id and password. They will be sent an e-mail to authenticate their log-in information, and then they will be allowed to use the system. Please note that students cannot share e-mail addresses. Each student must have a unique e-mail address.

2010-11 FAFSA now available

Students please go to www.fafsa.ed.gov and complete your 2010-2011 FAFSA by the priority deadline February 15th, 2010.

Direct Loans for 2010-11

College of Notre Dame is switching to Direct Lending beginning with the 2010-2011 school year. Instead of private banks lending funds to students, all federal loans funds will be received from the U.S. Department of Education. ALL students (both new and returning) who would like to receive federal student loans will need to follow instructions under the 2010-11 Apply for Loans section in order to receive loan funds for the 2010-11 school year. The 2010-11 school year begins with the summer 2010 session.
