Notre Dame of Maryland University Named to U.S. News & World Report’s “Great Schools/Great Prices” Category

For the third year running, Notre Dame of Maryland University is named to “Great Schools, Great Prices,” U.S. News & World Report’s annual ranking of schools offering high quality academic programs for significant value, coming in at the No. 10 spot. The University also ranked No. 30 among Best Regional Universities-North.
“For the third year in a row Notre Dame of Maryland University has been recognized for providing a high quality academic experience to our students at a great price,” said President Mary Pat Seurkamp. “Our determination to offer a challenging and engaging learning environment is among the chief reasons why Notre Dame continues to rank among the region’s most highly-regarded universities.”
The national rankings, which include more than 1,400 schools nationwide, are available today at www.usnews.com/colleges. The 350-page 2012 edition of the Best Colleges guidebook will be on newsstands September 20.
