Registration Open for Fall Classes at the English Language Institute

The English Language Institute at Notre Dame of Maryland University is accepting registrations for day classes for the Fall I session, running August 27 to October 19, 2012.
The English Language Institute offers beginning through advanced classes including writing and grammar, reading and discussion, listening and speaking, vocabulary, pronunciation, American culture and a preparation course for the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). Students are placed in the appropriate level based on their placement test scores obtained at the beginning of the session. English is used at all times in the classroom. The average class size is 10-12 students.
Classes run Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 3:10 p.m., and Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Students may study full- or part-time. Part-time students may take up to 3 courses depending on their visa type. U.S. residents may study full- or part time.
