The Career Center invites you to post your job openings to our students and graduates!

Posting A Job

To post your positions, visit GATORWORKS. Select Employers and register as a new employer. Registrations will be sent to the Career Center for review and confirmation before your account becomes active. You will receive e-mail notification on your account’s status.

The Career Center recommends that you supply your organization’s website in order to link students to further information. Please contact the Career Center with any questions or concerns. We appreciate your valuable partnership with us.

Note: It is very important that you and the student/alumna interview one another to fully understand the background and qualifications of the student/alumna, the work environment and the scope of the job.

On-Campus Visits and Interviews

You are welcome to recruit on the campus of Notre Dame of Maryland University anytime during the year. Interested parties should contact the Career Center. We will gladly discuss your specific needs. If you are unable to recruit on the Notre Dame campus, it can be arranged to have interested students submit resumes directly for either current or anticipated openings. For more information regarding student internships, please CLICK HERE for regulations and guidelines.

Employer Site Visits

The Career Center is always looking to create and foster new relationships with local employers. In some instances, it is beneficial for both parties if one of our staff members visits an employer at their place of work to see the job site and talk about the employment and internship opportunities available to students. You should contact the us if you are interested in coordinating a site visit.

Career Fairs & Events

Notre Dame of Maryland University Internship and Career Fair is held annually in the early spring and the Internship Fair takes place in the fall. Additionally, we work closely with the Maryland Career Consortium (MCC), to plan several professional events. Similarly, we also coordinate with Selective Liberal Arts Colleges (SLAC). To learn more about our upcoming fairs and how to register, please email the Career Center at career@ndm.edu.

Conduct an information session or host a lobby table prior to the interview day for candidates, or before the application deadline date to inform students about your opportunities.

If your organization is sponsoring a career development event, let us know. We will publicize the information to our student body. Please e-mail us this information at career@ndm.edu.
