New Student Move-In:

New students (first-year and transfer students) will move-in to the residence halls from 1pm-3pm on Saturday, August 20th. Residents should utilize the old Notre Dame of Maryland University entrance (closest to Northern Parkway) on North Charles Street. There will be signs as well as staff to assist in directing cars to the unloading and parking areas for the day. In addition, Notre Dame community members will be present throughout the morning to assist with unloading and moving belongings into the residence halls. Residents are strongly encouraged to move-in during their assigned move-in times that was provided in the housing assignment letter they received via email in the middle of July. Residents will check-in in the lobby area of the building in which they are residing.

International students should coordinate their arrivals with the Office of International Programs in conjunction with their participation in International Student Orientation.

Returning Student Move-In:

Returning student move-in is Sunday, August 21st from 1pm-3pm. Residents will check-in in the lobby areas of the building in which they are residing. Students who need to arrive early should email residencelife@ndm.edu. Limited requests will be approved and are all pending space availability.

Graduate Student/School of Pharmacy Move-In:

Graduate Student/P1/P3 Move-In is Sunday, August 14th from 1pm-3pm. Check-in will be in the Doyle Hall lobby. Students who need to arrive outside of this time frame need to email residencelife@ndm.edu no later than August 1st. Requests will be granted based upon staffing availability.

P2 student move-in is Thursday, August 4th from 1pm-3pm. Check-in will be in the Doyle Hall lobby. Students who need to arrive outside of this time frame need to email residencelife@ndm.edu no later than August 1st. Requests will be granted based upon staffing availability.
