Bio

Dr. Fast is currently at work on a book on Black Caribbean and American existentialism and phenomenology entitled Reflections on a Decolonial Existentialism and Phenomenology and has been published in the Journal of Critical Race Inquiry, Atlantis: Critical Studies in Gender, Culture, & Social Justice, and Hypatia, among others. She is also co-editing a book entitled The Marcusean Mind for Routledge. As a feminist epistemologist, queer theorist, and philosopher of race, her work centers theories produced by and through the experiences and work of marginalized folks across disciplines.
