The 2026-2027 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form is available now to complete for the Fall 2026 semester.

Prepare now so you can complete the 2025–26 FAFSA form as soon as it’s available. Here are some ways you can get ready:

This is the most important step in completing your financial aid. It is the basis for federal and state financial aid, and much aid is first-come, first-served. The FAFSA should be completed as soon as the new application is available, but no later than June 30 of the year for which you are applying for admission.

3. Complete & Review Your Financial Aid Online

Log in to Self-Service to complete and review your financial aid.  For new students, your financial aid award letter will be on your PURL page.

Financial Aid Budget vs. Your Bill

Your financial aid award letter will outline a financial aid budget which is an estimate of your total educational and living expenses for the academic year. It can sometimes be confused with a bill, but it serves a different purpose. Learn the difference between the two documents.
