Volunteerism is part of the NDMU fabric. We are always in need of more dedicated and passionate members of our alumnae and alumni family to get engaged with our office so we can do even more to support our beloved alma mater, our alumnae, alumni, and our students.

Current Volunteer Opportunities:

The Alumnae and Alumni Council is the premiere liaising body for NDMU alums. They support all alumnae and alumni efforts, student success, and community engagement. Under the council falls four committees: Awards and Recognition, Alumni Engagement, Young Alumni, and Women’s Leadership and Tradition.

The Reunion Committee helps organize the next year's Alumnae and Alumni Weekend activities. They work alongside other alumnae and alumni and the Alumni Engagement staff.

The Legacy Committee promotes a lasting philanthropic commitment to Notre Dame of Maryland University.

Class Leaders are a group of dedicated volunteers serving as a liaison between the Alumnae & Alumni Engagement Office and their undergraduate classmates.

A Dinner with Gators host is an alum willing to host dinner for students in the Student Alumni Leadership Council to foster organic connections between students and alumni.
