NDMU Named a Top 10 Best Value School in the Region

BALTIMORE, Md. – Notre Dame of Maryland University (NDMU) continues to gain recognition for educational excellence and value by placing #10 on the Best Value Schools list in the northern region in the 2026 U.S. News Best Colleges ranking. This ranking places NDMU as #2 for best value in Maryland. NDMU also listed in the top 50 of the Best Universities in the Regional North, advancing 16 spots from last year and ranking fourth among Maryland institutions. The University was the top school in Maryland on the Top Performer on Social Mobility list, ranking #22 in the northern region. This measure highlights institutions that graduate high numbers of students with financial need.
NDMU’s nationally accredited nursing programs continue to earn national attention. The 2026 U.S. News Best Colleges Ranking listed NDMU’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program #249 nationally for undergraduate nursing programs, placing NDMU as #2 in Maryland.
