Presented by Notre Dame of Maryland University (NDMU) and the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC).
This experience is open to all rising high school seniors (2024 senior class) in good standing.

Each student invited to participate in the Arts and Activism Immersion experience will be provided with a scholarship which covers all room and board as well as field trip and art supply costs.
The Arts and Activism Immersion students will participate in a week-long immersion experience which includes a variety of activities including field trips to New York City and Philadelphia, panel discussions, seminars as well as experiential workshops in art, teamwork and leadership.
The theme for the five-day immersion experience is Arts and Activism.

There will be two day trips: one to New York City and one to Philadelphia. Please note that each day may be a 10–12-hour learning experience that includes walking for 1–2 hours at a time.
Students will stay on the NDMU campus (COVID vaccination required) and will be provided a meal plan free of charge.
Students will complete daily blogs/vlogs about their experiences from field trips, discussions, workshops, seminars and exercises. Student teams will complete and present a final art project which captures the essence of their learning about arts and activism throughout the week.
