Yoga and Yogurt

MBK Sports Complex Dance Studio/Gym

Join your fellow Gators for a relaxing, beginner friendly yoga lead instruction. Open to all students and levels of experience. Yoga mats are provided (limited quantities); however, you are welcome to bring your own. Yogurt station and water will be available following the yoga session. Sponsored by Anchorage Program, the Women’s College peer-to-peer mentorship program.
