IMPRINT Alignment
There are four pillars of IMPRINT. Check the pillar(s) with which your activity most closely aligns. Additionally, if the activity will help students work towards achieving one or more of the specific outcomes under that pillar, indicate the outcome(s). (Note: Your activity will only be approved for one pillar, if you check more than one, the Imprint Team will make the final determination of which pillar best aligns.)

Pillar - PERSONAL LEADERSHIP: Successful leadership begins with the individual. IMPRINT values the importance of a healthy work-life integration that builds self-confidence and encompasses care for the whole person. Successful leaders create work-life integration by nurturing one’s spiritual and physical development. To this end, Notre Dame’s students:

Pillar - MENTORSHIP AND SPONSORSHIP: Successful leaders maintain a circle of support by developing relationships with mentors and sponsors who can guide and encourage through failure and success. IMPRINT values the instrumental role of effective mentors and sponsors who recognize their mentee’s potential and invest in their success. Mentors offer mentees informed opinions on decisions and choices, and sponsors advocate on their behalf. To this end, Notre Dame’s students:

Pillar - GLOBAL AWARENESS: DIVERSITY & INCLUSION: Successful leaders understand and value diversity through adopting a global mindset. IMPRINT emphasizes the global experience as an integral part of a student’s education for recognizing perspectives other than one’s own, communicating across different cultures, and taking action based on global knowledge.
