Bio

Paul Vitale, Pharm.D. is an Associate Professor at the Notre Dame of Maryland University School of Pharmacy and Vice Chairman of the Clinical and Administrative Sciences Department. Dr. Vitale holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy in Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education, Recreation, and Health from The University of Maryland, College Park.

Prior to his appointment at Notre Dame of Maryland University, Dr. Vitale practiced as a clinical pharmacist, Pharmacy Director, Chief Pharmacy Officer, and Hospital Administrator in Baltimore and Washington DC. His current teaching interests include courses in Pharmacy Practice Management, Human Resource Management, Fundamentals in Financial Management, and Entrepreneurship.

Dr. Vitale serves on University and School of Pharmacy committees, including the University Faculty Salary and Benefits Committee, the University Strategic Planning and Budget Committee. School of Pharmacy Curriculum Committee, Student Progression and Graduation Committee and the Admissions Committee.
