2026 Summer Legacy Leader Positions

Orientation Leader

  • We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Orientation Leader team for the summer season. As an Orientation Leader, you will play a key role in helping new students transition to college life by providing support, guidance, and resources during orientation and welcome week. You will work closely with the orientation and student affairs staff to ensure a successful and memorable experience for all new students. 

Summer Resident Advisor

  • We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Summer Resident Advisor (Summer RA) to join our Housing & Residence Life team for the summer season. As a Summer RA, you will play a key role in creating a positive and engaging community for our residents by providing support, resources, and programming. You will work closely with the Housing & Residence Life staff to ensure the safety and well-being of residents and to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
2026 – 2027 Academic Year Legacy Leader Positions

Engagement Coordinator

  • We are seeking highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our Student Engagement team as Student Engagement Coordinators. As a Student Engagement Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting student engagement and campus life by assisting with the planning and execution of events and programs. You will work closely with the Director of Student Engagement, the Events Coordinator, and other campus partners to create a vibrant and inclusive campus community. 

Resident Advisor

  • We are seeking dynamic leaders to join the Housing and Residence Life team to serve as Resident Advisors (RA). An RA is a student staff member within the Housing and Residence Life who plays a critical role in creating a safe, inclusive, and engaged living environment for residents. The RA is responsible for maintaining a secure and well-maintained living environment, resolving conflicts, and enforcing housing policies. 

Senior Resident Advisor 

  • We are seeking experienced Residence Life leaders to join the team on a senior level in our escalation process as Senior Resident Advisors (SRA). An SRA is a student staff member within Housing and Residence Life who plays a critical role in creating a safe, inclusive, and engaged living environment for residents. The SRA is not only responsible for maintaining a secure and well-maintained living environment, resolving conflicts, and enforcing housing policies but also works closely with the Director of housing and residence life to maintain Key inventory, Social Media Initiatives and Residential Facilities.

Minimum Requirements

  • Applicants must be a full-time Notre Dame of Maryland student
  • Applicants must be in good academic and judicial standing
  • Must have a cumulative GPA of a 2.5 or higher
