Applicant Requirements
- Applicants must be either a full-time rising sophomore, junior, or senior (Women’s College students) or completed at least one full year of coursework (Adult Undergraduate/Graduate students) at NDMU.
- Adult Undergraduate/Graduate students are eligible for all Legacy Leader positions except for Resident Advisor (RA) and are also encouraged to apply for any vacant Graduate Assistant positions on campus.
- Legacy Leader positions are open to both residential and commuter students who meet the general qualifications.
- Applicant must be in good academic and judicial standing:
- Last judicial issue must be beyond 1 academic year at time of application date with no outstanding sanctions.
- Must have a Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher and not currently on academic probation.
- Any offered position is contingent on end of year academic AND judicial status with expectations to maintain good standing while in these Legacy Leader positions.
Note: By applying any of these positions, you are authorizing professional staff within the Division of Student Life (i.e., Accessibility & Health Promotion, Housing & Residence Life, Inclusion & Community Standards, and Student Engagement & Community Programs) to verify academic and judicial standing with appropriate University offices.
Additionally, if you have previously held a Legacy Leader position, you will not need to reapply for the 2022-23 academic year. Your supervisor will be in contact with you about the process.
