Biography
Lyndsay Wright, DNP, RN, CMSRN, CNE, DipACLM, NBC-HWC, is an assistant professor of nursing at Notre Dame of Maryland University in Baltimore, Maryland. She coordinates and teaches fundamentals and adult health nursing courses with clinical components across the traditional, accelerated, and hybrid-accelerated undergraduate nursing programs. Dr. Wright earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with a concentration in Lifestyle Medicine from Southern Adventist University and is deeply committed to fostering and promoting healthy self-care behaviors among nursing students. She also serves as a mentor for Maryland Cohen Scholars and practicum preceptor for Master of Science in Nursing Education students. In addition to her academic role, she actively practices as a certified medical-surgical nurse at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center in Rosedale, Maryland, where she was honored as Nurse of the Year in 2022.
