The mission of the Office of Alumnae and Alumni Engagement is to support the University’s more than 22,000 alumnae and alumni in connecting with each other and the University for the mutual benefit and enrichment of NDMU and its alumnae and alumni.

Dear Alumnae and Alumni,

It is my pleasure to introduce myself as your new Director of Alumnae and Alumni Engagement at Notre Dame of Maryland University. I am thrilled to be part of Notre Dame’s rich history that has been cultivated these last 125 years and even more excited to contribute to the next 125 years of our legacy!

As your Alumnae and Alumni Engagement Director, I intend to strengthen our traditions to inspire and educate current students about their lifelong relationship with NDMU. I will provide and encourage new meaningful ways for our alumnae and alumni near and far to engage with their alma mater and one another, and I will nurture existing volunteer structures and leaders to continue to do remarkable things. As your new director, my charge is to bring all alumnae and alumni together in the spirit of the SSNDs, fearlessly and faithfully.

I look forward to engaging with all of you. Please do not hesitate to reach out to say hello or share your thoughts and ideas; I am always here to listen and learn!

Warm regards,

Alexandra “Alex” DeJohn
