Operation TEACH 2018 cohort

As a two-year post-graduate program, Operation TEACH is dedicated to fulfilling the educational needs of children in Baltimore’s Catholic elementary and secondary schools. Those involved, manage dual involvement in their graduate classes at NDMU and their full-time teaching jobs. Upon completion, graduates receive a Masters of Art (MA) in Education.

Notre Dame's School of Nursing has been awarded a Nurse Support Program II (NSP II) Competitive Institutional Grant of $34,010 to support the purchase of a student achievement package.

More than 1,100 young women, all civilian volunteers, flew almost every type of military aircraft during World War II - including the B-26 and B-29 bombers. These women were part of the Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASP), and this April their story is flying into to Notre Dame's Copeland Theatre as Meredith Dayna Levy’s Decision Height takes center stage.​

Radio silence is over for NDMU. The University’s Communication Arts department is reviving NDMU Radio and the days of cassette tapes and compact discs, as well as call letters and over the air tuners are over. Programming is now online and streaming.

On February 6, Notre Dame of Maryland University will be hosting its annual Notre Dame Day celebration. Among the various activities, an interfaith panel discussion led by the Global Solidarity Committee that will share the U.N.’s compassionate message of inclusivity.
