The Leadership in Management program offers two distinct options:
Credits earned in the post-baccalaureate certificate program can roll seamlessly into the MA in Leadership & Management.
We teach with cases we write. Our faculty are active members of Society for Case Research, attending conferences and publishing cases on a regular basis.
NDMU-published cases add special depth and interest to our graduate courses.
Small class sizes support concept mastery and excellence in communication while case studies and simulations offer opportunities to apply academic theory to real-world practice.
We offer highly flexible degree completion options to meet the needs of working students:
If you would like to study full-time (more than six credits per semester), you must receive permission from the dean of the School of Arts, Sciences, and Business.
As part of the master’s capstone course, you will research, prepare, and analyze original cases.
Cases may be presented at one of several conferences and published in co-authorship with professors through Society for Case Research conferences and scholarly journals.
Our graduates lead people, manage organizations, and support communities all over the planet. You’ll find them in managerial, executive, and volunteer leadership roles in for-profit, government, education, nonprofit, and philanthropic ventures.
