Fourteen graduates from NDMU’s School of Pharmacy class of 2021 distinguished themselves by landing competitive residencies and fellowships, and four won prestigious industry and academic awards.


These top graduates bring their expertise and experience to nationally recognized placements, which affirm the strength of NDMU’s pharmacy curriculum. Examples include a residency with the American Pharmacists Association and a two-year fellowship with Bayer pharmaceuticals through Rutgers University. The following award-winning graduates also exemplify the pharmacy program’s excellence:

  • Victoria Fusco ’21: American Society of Consultant Pharmacists Maryland Chapter’s Student Achievement Award
  • Kukhwa Oh ’21: Maryland Pharmacists Association’s Outstanding Student Award
  • Brittney Peak ’21: U.S. Public Health Service’s Public Health Excellence Award
