The business programs at NDMU develop socially responsible leaders who understand core business concepts, solve problems ethically, think critically, and communicate effectively to maximize sustainable results for both organizations and the larger society.

Leadership in Action Program

Offers undergraduate and graduate students a unique opportunity to lead a project in their workplace, communities, sports team, or campus organization while being supported by trained volunteer coaches.

Leadership Institute

Faculty members provide leadership development training to executives and managers at local area nonprofit organizations. The leadership development training is in the form of credit and non-credit beating courses. Previous clients include: Kennedy Krieger Institute and Catholic Charities of Baltimore.
