The Anne Huber High Achievement Award promotes student leadership and academic excellence through leadership program development. This includes, conferences, workshops, seminars, and symposia for college students.
Anne Huber (1928-1988) served as Secretary to the Director of Continuing Education and later worked as the Secretary to the Dean of Students.
The Anne Huber High Achievement Award was established in 1988. The fund was established by Notre Dame with contributions from her family and friends.
Award Funding
A maximum of $250 to cover registration and travel costs for attendance at conferences, workshops, etc designed for college students. (Food costs not included)
Award Criteria
Award recipients must be a full time student studying at Notre Dame of Maryland University.
- Students must have at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA at the time of application for this award
- Must demonstrate leadership experience at NDMU and/or in the community.
- Submit a 1-2 page essay (double spaced, 12pt) responding to the application questions.
Application Decision
The 2025-2026 application is now open. Applications are reviewed on the second Thursday of each month.
