NDMU is partnering with BetterMynd to provide a variety of virtual wellbeing workshops to all NDMU students. These workshops are live and facilitated by mental health professionals. Students may register via BetterMynd.com.
Topics vary and can include:
- Adjusting to college
 - Relationships and boundary setting
 - Time management
 - Depression, anxiety, and other mental health diagnoses
 - ADHD
 - Overcoming failure
 - Mindful eating]
 - General wellness tips
