Alumnae and Alumni Weekend 2023

Alumnae and Alumni Weekend is happening from Friday, September 22 to Sunday, September 24, 2023. Registration opens on July 5 and closes on September 17 at midnight. Be sure to keep checking this site and keep an eye on your email as we will send updates about the weekend and its events regularly. If you haven't been receiving any communication, make sure to update your contact information!

Send us your photos!

If you have any photos from Alumnae and Alumni Weekend you would like to share with the Alumni Engagement Office, you can submit digital photos to Rose Glenn at rglenn@ndm.edu.

Service Component

During the weekend, we will have opportunities for you to participate in service and to give back to our Notre Dame students. We will collect specific items (listed below) for Caroline's Cupboard, our on-campus food pantry, and Gator Thrift, our on-campus thrift store, that will directly impact our students. You can drop off your items at the check-in table under the Doyle Lawn tent anytime during the weekend. This service aligns with our institutional commitment to the work of Laudato Si’, as we work to center the needs of our most economically disadvantaged students.

  • Only food requested: protein bars, trail mix, soup, 90-second microwave meals, applesauce, and ready-to-eat packaged meals (no canned food)
  • Feminine hygiene products
  • Toiletries
  • Most needed clothes: Special occasion dresses (i.e., prom, homecoming) and professional clothing
    • All clothing donated must be in good condition and gently used.

Alumnae and Alumni Giving

Making an annual gift to Notre Dame is one of the most significant things you can do as an alum. We know that giving looks different for everyone, so we ask that you make a gift that is personally meaningful to YOU! We don't care how much you give – we only encourage you to give every year. Your gift, of any size, will help us increase our alumnae and alumni giving participation rate!

During your reunion year, giving is a significant part of "showing up" at Alumnae and Alumni Weekend. Why? Because the more individuals who support Notre Dame financially, the higher our community's chances are of receiving grants, showing the strength of our alumnae and alumni community to prospective students, and supporting current students' needs. To increase participation, each year we join in a friendly giving competition between the classes.

The winners for 2022 are:

  • Highest Class Participation: Class of 1962
  • Highest Class Attendance: Class of 1971
  • Highest Class Gift Total: Class of 1967

In the meantime, get into the Notre Dame spirit!
